Naomi Frears is based in the Porthmeor Studios in St Ives, Cornwall. Shows and projects this year include Men Falling, a new film commission for a solo show at Exeter Phoenix and The Importance of Sleeves, a new commission for RAMM in Exeter, a project for Hospital Rooms in Royal Bethlem Hospital and an exhibition of new work at Kestle Barton.

Recent shows include Somebody Loves Us All at Bold Tendencies, London. Many and Beautiful Things, Newlyn Gallery and The Exchange and The Gallery at Plymouth College of Art. Mariner, a group touring show - next stop John Hansard Gallery, Southampton.
